LAWN LOT
IMPORTANT:
1. Each lot must be purchased together with any of our pre-need plans (1 Lot + 1 Pre Need Plan bundled policy). You may choose from Interment Plans, Memorial Plans or Cremation Plans.
2. For Installment (applicable for Pre-need only), pay the downpayment and issue postdated checks for the amortization based on the preferred number of years.
3. For At-need case (gagamitin na or may ipalilibing na), lot must be paid in full cash plus the Interment Service Fees 3 days before the preferred schedule of interment (pagpapalibing). Lot must still be bundled with any of our pre-need plans.

Exceptions To The Above Classification Are The Following:
- Serenity Lawn Lots : Row 1-2 from the pathway is Lawn-Premium.
- Tranquility Garden Lots: Row 1-3 from the pathway is Garden-Special Premium.
- Charity Garden Lots: All lots are under Garden – Special Premium.
- Remembrance Garden Lots: : Row 1-3 from the road is Garden-Special Premium.
- Lot and Pre-Need Plan Bundle Policy: All lot buyers are required to avail a pre-need plan at the same time.
